1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Naples Signature Detailing website, submitting a contact or booking form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Naples Signature Detailing provides mobile automotive and marine detailing services in Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Estero, and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to:

• Standard Detail, Clay & Seal, and Signature Detail packages
• Machine polish and paint correction
• Ceramic coating
• Marine / boat detailing
• Add-on services (engine bay, headlight restoration, pet hair removal)

All services are performed at the customer's location. We arrive fully self-contained with our own water supply and power — no hookups required.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, type, and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles, SUVs, trucks, and specialty vehicles may be priced higher.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through Square and other methods as communicated at the time of booking.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

6. Liability Limitation

Naples Signature Detailing is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects not disclosed prior to service
• Damage resulting from severely deteriorated paint, clear coat failure, or other pre-existing conditions
• Personal items left in the vehicle during service

Any concerns about pre-existing conditions should be communicated before service begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Naples Signature Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collier County, Florida.
